I'm Working, Man!!!
*Don't call about jobs, networking, or donations, etc. Please utilize my email*
WHY?!?
Doing this allows me to better keep track of our communication and ensure you don't get missed!(Focus on the phone-faux-pas)
When I am at my store, I am busy, busy taking care of my customers and current partners, providing a legendary experience for people on both sides of the counter. I will contact you via email at my earliest convenience to set up a sit down where I can provide you my undivided attention.
Thank you for your interest in partnering with me and Your Starbucks on Palisades!

Cupping
The Beginner's guide to cupping.
I will continue to add resources to this blog as I receive them. In time I'd like to post my own cupping impressions and procedures!
Here's another!
Any gurus care to share their own or better resources for this amazing activity?

This guy is the coffee guru of the week.
Scott McMartin is my hero. Alright, I don't actually have heroes but this guy is a certified Starbucks Coffee Master, Sommelier, goes to origin countries, does massive coffee cuppings and, it's all for his job. Okay, okay so, I know I may be romanticizing it a bit... And, you never know what a day is like for somebody, right? Well I'd be willing to give it a go. Plus this cat is a blogger and posts things like:
"Seven tasting terms that sound dirty...",
and about
his gastric distress in Chiapas, Mexico and Africa...
It must be bittersweet.
Here's his first entry. It's good stuff.

So I was inspired a long time ago by this song...
Lyrics to Mr. Coffee :
Morning has broken
MR. Coffee has spoken
The familiar wake-up call
sings to my ears
I wake up with a shrug
To the floor with a thud
Where in this hellhole is my coffee mug?
I can now face the day
on legal speed (The American way)
I'm sketching
I'm seizing
I'm spazing
I'm shaking
I can not stop spilling on my brand new shirt
I-I-I'm wired
I'm so inspired
I drank the entire pot
so off to work
Here I come to save the day
on legal speed (The American way)
Drinking coffee
I drink coffee
Drinking coffee everyday
And for so many, save the day we do, all of us Mr. and Ms. Coffees, eh?
Morning has broken
MR. Coffee has spoken
The familiar wake-up call
sings to my ears
I wake up with a shrug
To the floor with a thud
Where in this hellhole is my coffee mug?
I can now face the day

Drinking coffee

And for so many, save the day we do, all of us Mr. and Ms. Coffees, eh?
